Bio
My name is Rebecca, and I am a teacher, school librarian, tutor, and hobby farmer! I’ve been teaching and tutoring for 14 years, and my goal is to make learning fun. I believe that an engaging lesson is a lasting lesson. My style and pace are adaptable to each situation because I take a student-centered approach to learning. I offer proactive feedback and lots of encouragement throughout my lessons, and I can explain concepts in clear, understandable terms. I also love to read and share my passion for literacy with students.

I am certified to teach elementary education, and I have an endorsement as an educational media specialist. I have 5 years of experience in a traditional classroom, 4 years in a media center, and 5 years of online tutoring.
