Hi, I am Shana Weldon! I enjoy reading, traveling to the beach and making new memories with my family. I have spent over 20 years in early childhood education and chose to become a tutor to make more of an impact for students and families. I am passionate about early literacy and its power to transform lives. I believe students learn best when actively engaged with high-quality instructional resources. Through tutoring my goals are to highlight student strengths and improve student learning outcomes. I bring a positive attitude and a willingness to build positive and meaningful relationships. I look forward to working with you!

I have over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. I began my career as an Elementary Teacher serving students in PK-3rd grade and ESOL. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education, a Master of Education degree in Reading Instruction, and a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership.
