Hello! My name is Sheena Truex. My Educational Philosophy is that everyone can learn, and there is no one size fits all when it comes to learning. My goals for tutoring is to support students in their classes and reach their highest level of achievement. I love working with a variety of students in a variety of areas. I believe that relationships are essential in order for individuals feel valued and truly be successful!
Teacher Specialization
I have worked in Education for 16 years. I have worked in Special Education throughout my career. I have worked with students in grades Kindergarten through 12th grade at a range of levels. I received my Undergraduate Degree in Special Education from the University of Northern Colorado. I obtained my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. I also hold my teaching license, principal license and Special Educator Director license.
