A 17-year experienced, enthusiastic educator, creating an engaging and structured classroom learning environment. Student-focused, building strong connections with each student to know their needs and interests within instruction. Flexible, extremely organized, and adapts & multi-tasks well. Implements a positive, patient incentive-based classroom learning system with clear expectations for positive behavior & success. I am passionate about the many uses of multisensory learning in my virtual classroom. I’m diverse and flexible, having taught in several different school systems across 3 different states: Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi. A mother of two, I strive to teach virtually full-time and tutor just as I teach my children at home.
