Hello, I’m excited to work with you! I believe that all children are capable of learning and that every child has a unique learning style with different strengths and abilities. I will strive to develop these strengths by providing differentiated instruction and meaningful lessons that are tailored to the student's individual needs. The most crucial part of learning is to foster a welcoming and enjoyable learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. Through a sense of belonging, they will build their self confidence and have an investment in their own learning as well.

With 18 years of teaching special education, I have provided instruction for all core subject areas in a small group setting at the middle school and high school levels as well as worked with English language learners.
