Bio
I believe students are the main drivers of their own learning, while teachers serve as facilitators. By providing scaffolding within students’ zone of proximal development and gradually removing support, students can build both understanding and independence. My goal is for students to succeed not only in scores but also in genuine mastery of knowledge. Through meaningful learning experiences, students can develop curiosity, motivation, and eventually discover the path they wish to pursue in life. I aim to maintain a professional yet approachable relationship so students feel comfortable asking questions. I strongly oppose discrimination of any kind. Outside the classroom, I enjoy soccer and martial arts. I previously worked with Benfica Football Club and am currently traveling through the Andes while continuing to teach and support student growth.

I have 3 years in teaching middle school and high school. even early college level mathematics. Starting from March 2024, I kept working on virtual teaching for students all over the world. I am certified to teach math (grade 6 to 12) in Florida. I hold a bachelor's degree in mathematics and statistics from UConn. Specializations: Algebra 1-3; Geometry; Pre-Calculus; AP Calculus AB & BC; AP Statistics; SAT Math; ACT Math; etc.
