Bio
I am so excited to meet and help you on your educational journey! I have 4 children of my own. One has graduated and is building his career as an electrician. I have one child in high school, one in middle school and one in elementary school. I have been married for 21 years and have been teaching for 11. This year I was chosen as the 2025/2026 Teacher of the Year for my school. This was a huge honor to receive this award and I work hard to meet the expectations daily. I loom forward to meeting you and working to help you learn new strategies for your learning experience.
Teacher Specialization
This is my 11th year in education. I have an associates degree in education. I graduated from University of Memphis with my bachelors in Teaching all Learners which gave my qualification to teach general education K-6, and special education modified K-12. This spring I added the Special Education Comprehensive Program K-12 enforcement in order to serve students with the most significant disabilities.I have taught in both public and private school settings in first grade through fifth grade. I am currently working with students who have moderate to severe disabilities.
