Hello! My name is Flora Jha, and I am both an experienced educator and a IT engineering professional. I am B.Tech in Engineering Math and Physics and MS in CIS. I hold multiple New Jersey teaching certifications, including High School Mathematics, High School Computer Science, Middle School Mathematics, Special Education, and Early Childhood Education. I have 4+ years in teaching. In addition to my teaching background, I have over seven years experience as a Java and IT developer. My teaching expertise and real-world industry experience allows me to help students grasp not only academic concepts but also how those are applied in industries. I enjoy making learning engaging and involving for students . My main objective is to help students build a strong foundation that leads to long-term academic success. Whether a student needs help improving grades, preparing for exams or learning, my goal is to provide right guidance, encouragement, and appropriate learning environment.
