Bio
Hello and thank you for looking at my teaching profile! I look forward to our learning time together and I love to work with students in a patient, positive, and friendly manner so they feel comfortable and excited to learn. I believe that mistakes are perfectly okay because we learn from them! I enjoy using my teaching experience to personalize each lesson to my student's needs. Tutoring allows me to create an individualized experience in which I take each child's academic foundation and guide them to even higher achievements. All of that can be achieved through practice academically but also with a positive attitude, a friendly and inviting environment, and even some laughs in between. I am excited to be your teacher, let's reach for the stars together!
Teacher Specialization
Over the years I have taught all subjects in grades K-3. I have also taught special education math and reading/writing in grades 2-5. Aside from that, I have worked as an interventionist with students who need additional practice in both reading and math. In my free time, I taught English as a second language to students online.
