Bio
Hello! I am excited to introduce myself! I am a passionate and experienced educator. I believe that every student has the potential to learn when given the right support, encouragement, and atmosphere. My role as an educator is to create a student-centered environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and confidence. I believe children learn better when they have a positive connection with their teacher/ tutor. Connecting with students and learning how they learn best is essential for learning.
Teacher Specialization
I have a K-5 teaching degree and a masters in school counselling. I am trained in the Science of Reading and have an Online Teaching Certificate. I have a strong focus on personalized, engaging online instruction. I’ve had the privilege of working with individual students, small groups, and full classes — both in-person and virtually — using a variety of online platforms and tools.
