Bio
Hi there! My name is Melody Neal- I've been teaching, tutoring and working with students for at least the past ten years, since a young age I have enjoyed working with and helping others improve their academic skills and abilities. I am experienced and capable of working with all ages and types of learners, and enjoy building rapport and finding joy alongside my students as they learn something new or succeed at a skill they have been struggling with. The majority of my experience is with elementary age students, but I have experience working with all ages of students from toddler-college level. I look forward to getting to know and work with new students and families to ensure that learning is accessible and successful for all students!
Teacher Specialization
I have been working with students in a tutoring and teaching capacity for 10+ years, starting at a young age, I have tutored and taught from Kindergarten-College aged students. I have 5 years of subbing and teaching experience in grades K-8, and have a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education (endorsed in teaching English Language Learners) and a Master's in teaching literacy to students K-12. I have 2+ years of experience teaching virtually, and am comfortable working with any students.
