Bio
Hi! My name is Molly DeLaune. I have been a teacher for 12 years. I have taught in the United States, South Korea, Kuwait, Dubai and Thailand. I have one son, Quinn, who is almost 10 years old. Teaching elementary aged children is both a profound responsibility and a joyful privilege. I believe every child is naturally curious, capable, and eager to make sense of the world around them. I like to create an environment where every child feels valued, challenged, and inspired. At the heart of my philosophy is the belief that children learn best through meaningful experiences that connect to their lives and interests. Elementary school is a time when children develop not only literacy and numeracy skills but also empathy, resilience, and confidence. I aim to model kindness, respect, and a growth mindset so that students embrace mistakes, and see learning as a lifelong journey.
Teacher Specialization
I am certified to teach Pre Kindergarten through Grade 3, Math, English, Social Studies, and Science. I have experience in teaching every grade level through Grade 10.
