Hi, I'm Mrs. Green! My goal is to focus on creating a supportive learning environment where each individual feels valued, capable, and empowered to succeed. I believe that learning should be both meaningful and engaging. I strive to meet each student’s unique needs and learning style. I want to focus on improving academic performance, build confidence, foster critical thinking, and create lifelong learning habits. I strive to build positive relationships with students through patience, empathy, and consistent encouragement i want to establish a positive environment that allows students to take risks, ask questions, and grow both academically and personally.
Teacher Specialization
I have been teaching for the past 28 years,I I work with students from k-8th grade. I have taught all the core content areas, such as Math/Pre-Algebra, English, US History, World History, and science. I have also taught ELD classes for English Learners. I have a Multiple Subject teaching credential, a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Counseling. I have worked with students with ADD/ADHD, dyslexia, autism and social/emotional behaviors.
