Hi! I’m Tiffany Ray, and I truly believe every child can shine when learning feels personal, supportive, and encouraging. I love helping students build confidence while discovering what makes learning click for them. My teaching style is patient, positive, and rooted in the belief that progress happens when students feel seen and valued. Whether we’re working on reading, writing, or study skills, I focus on celebrating small wins that lead to big growth. My goal as a tutor is not only to help students reach academic success but also to spark curiosity and joy in learning. I strive to create a calm, judgment-free space where every learner feels comfortable asking questions and taking pride in their progress.

Teacher Specialization

I bring over 10 years of experience in education, working with students in both traditional and virtual settings. My virtual experience includes tutoring and small-group instruction through different learning platforms where I’ve supported students in strengthening skills and developing confidence. I’ve taught elementary and middle school learners across subjects including reading, writing, social studies, and test preparation. I hold a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor’s degree in Education, and my specializations include curriculum design, student motivation, special education, and academic intervention.
