Bio

Hello! I’m really excited to support your students as they show growth and become confident learners! I am a seasoned educator with experience teaching and tutoring students traditionally and virtually. My experience also includes coaching and supporting teachers as a Lead Teacher and Instructional Coach. As an educator I believe students should be afforded opportunities to improve and excel in the skills they are learning. With these opportunities, all students can have access to success! Through tutoring sessions, my goal is to assist students in reaching their full potential. It is important for students to see themselves as achievers-therefore, I guide students in attaining a growth mindset. I would describe my tutoring style as engaging and student-centered. Each student has individual strengths-therefore, I modify lessons based on their unique abilities. Thank you and I look forward to helping your learner be the best they can be!

I am a dedicated and highly skilled education professional with over 20 years of experience in teaching, tutoring, and professional development in K-12 education. My experience includes teaching in both public and private schools traditionally and virtually. As a former Interventionist and Instructional Coach, I enjoyed providing teachers and students the tools they needed for academic success. I am grateful to have received an excellence in teaching award and have my classroom used as a model classroom. Furthermore, I have been afforded the opportunity to be on school leadership teams, thus making a greater impact on helping teachers and students grow as educators and learners!
