Hello! My name is Anne Owens, and I am a HUGE science enthusiast! I LOVE to make science fun and accessible for my students. I'm here to support your learning, build your confidence, and make your science lessons easier to understand. I can't wait to meet you! I think every student can learn with the right content and the right teacher. Tutoring helps to empower student and support their understanding of difficult concepts. I love getting to know my students and how they like to learn!
Teacher Specialization
I have been a virtual science teacher for 4 years, and I especially love teaching Biology, AP Biology, and Earth Science! I teach students in every high school grade level. I have degrees in Biochemistry, Psychology, English, and Theater from Virginia Tech, and a Masters in Education from Regent University, and I love learning new things!
