Bio
Hi, I’m Caitlynn Fichtner (pronounced Fick-ner), a passionate educator with a dual major in Elementary and Special Education. I specialize in supporting students with disabilities such as ADHD, autism, EI, CI, and speech challenges, ensuring that every learning plan is as unique as the student. With experience teaching 1st grade, 3rd grade, math intervention, and 5th grade, I tailor my curriculum to meet each student's individual needs. I firmly believe in the power of yet—every student is capable of success with the right support! My approach is personalized, positive, and engaging, ensuring each session meets your child’s unique needs. Outside of teaching, I love spending time outdoors, camping, and cheering on my favorite football teams—Go Michigan Wolverines & Go Lions!
