Bio
I am an elementary school teacher with a strong belief that students learn best in supportive, engaging, and inclusive environments. My teaching philosophy centers on meeting students where they are, building confidence, and fostering curiosity through meaningful, hands-on learning experiences. I strive to create a classroom culture where students feel safe to take risks, ask questions, and celebrate growth.
Teacher Specialization
I am an elementary school teacher of 12 years with a passion for creating engaging, inclusive, and student-centered learning experiences. I spent five years teaching in a virtual setting teaching the core subject areas of reading, and math where I developed strong skills in digital instruction, differentiation, and building meaningful connections with students and families online. I have also taught STEM working with grades K-5, encouraging curiosity, problem-solving, and hands-on learning, and I served as an interventionist for two years, providing targeted academic support to help students reach their full potential. I hold a master’s degree in Online Education from Southern New Hampshire University, which has strengthened my ability to design effective, student-centered instruction in both digital and traditional learning spaces. I believe in fostering a positive learning environment where all students feel supported, confident, and motivated to grow.
