Teaching Philosophy Introduction My name is Komal Kaushik, and I am an educator deeply committed to fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and lifelong learning among my students. With a strong foundation in (ELA,MATHS,SCIENCE & Social Studies), I believe education should empower students to connect knowledge with real-world applications and develop confidence in their ability to make meaningful contributions. I I have experience of 6+year of Teaching in which I have established myself as an exceptionally successful and effective professional. My deep understanding of subject, business analysis and Operational management are the reasons I have thrived in these roles. My teaching personality can best be described as collaborative, reflective, and student-centered. I strive to create an inclusion classroom where every student feel valued and challenged. I combine structured, high expectation environments with creativity, humor and empathy.

I have 13+ year of Experience in which 7 Year experience in INDUSTRY as I have done MBA in Marketing and Operations and almost 7 year of Teaching Experience. I am certified to teach till high school also. So I am excited to work with the Middle School and High School Students. I have experience in Designing and implementing lesson plans that promotes inquiry-based learning, hands on experiment and cross circular connections. Develop and assess formative and summative assessment to monitor student progress and provide meaningful feedback. Organize classroom activities, science experiments, Math concepts, and Social Studies simulations to deepen understanding. Collaborate with grade level and subject-area collogues to plan interdisciplinary projects and thematic units. Preparation of descriptive report of the lessons taught, for the students to be shared with the parents. Provided one-on-one attention to students, while maintaining overall focus on the entire group.
