Bio
Hello everyone! My name is Kyle Paul. My educational philosophy is that teaching is not a 'one size fits all' model. Recognizing that students come from a variety of cultures, social economic statuses, and familiar upbringings is the first key to student success. Your abilities, interests, and talents as a student help drive my instruction for you. My goals as a tutor are to find out what interests and motivations guide your learning to the best of your ability. Upon learning more about you, I will begin to pick materials and techniques that specifically fit your needs as a learner. I am excited to begin working with you!
Teacher Specialization
I have experience working as a teacher, E.A., and substitute for over 5 years in elementary and middle school education. My classroom experience comes from teaching 5th and 3rd grade. Upon completion of my Bachelor's degree in English, I went back to school to complete my Education degree and became fully licensed to teach Elementary (K-8). My favorite passion is teaching reading and writing to students. I enjoy using SEL, QPR and CPI techniques as needed during instruction.
