Bio
I’m Ma Naneth Mendoza, a passionate educator with 12 years of teaching experience who believes that all children can learn and are capable of learning with the right support and opportunities. Teaching is more than a profession for me, it’s a lifelong mission to help every learner discover their strengths and reach their full potential. I earned my PhD in Education in December 2024, which strengthened my commitment to inclusive, evidence-based teaching. I’ve worked with diverse learners, including students with special needs, developing targeted reading and learning interventions that help them thrive. My teaching style is warm, structured, and student-centered. Guided by patience, creativity, and the belief that learning happens best when students feel safe, supported, and inspired. Every child can succeed, and it’s my greatest joy to help them realize it.
Teacher Specialization
My teaching specialization focuses on Special Education and Literacy Intervention. I work primarily with learners who need individualized support in reading, language, math and foundational academic skills. I design and implement targeted interventions that address specific learning needs, promote confidence, and build long-term academic independence. My expertise includes reading and literacy intervention, covering phonics, comprehension, and written expression as well as individualized instruction for students with diverse learning needs. I am also experienced in providing behavioral and social-emotional support, applying inclusive classroom strategies, adapting curriculum materials, and using data-driven instruction to monitor student progress. My approach combines research-based methods with creativity and compassion, ensuring that every child, regardless of learning style or ability, experiences success and develops a genuine love for learning.
