Bio

My name is Mrs. Brown. Educating children is my passion. I believe all children learn best when you find their interests and what really sparks them. I believe children learn through PLAY! I have my own children that I home-school. I love to play outside with my children, drink iced coffee and read a good book. I love to watch my son in juijitsu class.

Teacher Specialization

My teaching career began way back when I started kindergarten myself. I started out by teaching a classroom full of imaginary students sitting at cardboard box “desks” in my basement. I taught pre-school for 4 years, Kindergarten for 2 years, First Grade 11 years, and Second Grade 3 years. In 2013, I won Educator of the Year at my school. I am passionate about teaching reading and math.
