Bio

My name is Tiffany Flory and I am currently a 3rd grade teacher. I love helping students learn and grow in every way. I have 3 of my own children and 2 additional bonus children ranging from the ages of 5-17. I enjoy reading, anything outdoors and nature education. One of my strengths is empowering children to find what they enjoy and to find what they are good at, then using that to build thier confidence. This helps to make them feel better about things they find hard or that they think they are not good at. I feel that connecting to my students is the key to thier sucess and having an understanding that every child is an individual.

Teacher Specialization

I am currently a 3rd grade teacher and I have worked with all grades from Prek-6th grade. I have taught all subjects and my favorites are Reading and History/Social Studies. I have taught special education: EI/CI/AI and general education. I have taught in inner city schools, rural schools and an environmental school. I now teach online and love that I can teach even more students this way. I have a Bachelors of Arts, a Major in Group Social Studies and a Major in Education.
