Bio
Hello! My name is Ariel Baird and I am excited to introduce myself and to help you meet your goals! I absolutely love education and know that some subjects can be challenging. Every student is unique and learns in their own way. With targeted help, resources, and a positive learning environment, it is amazing to see students find what works best for them to achieve success! I am a strong believer that any student can gain self-confidence through critical thinking, opportunities to be creative, and a safe space to ask questions. I strive for my tutoring sessions to be positive and enjoyable because I truly believe learning can be fun, even when it is challenging.
Teacher Specialization
I am currently, a full-time virtual high school (and adult) teacher, but I have experience in almost all grade levels, a variety of subjects, and in virtual and in-person schools. My Bachelors Degree is in Special Education (High Incidence Learning) K-12 with an added multi-subject teaching credential and an endorsement in ESL. I earned a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, which emphasizes my love to teach and use a variety of techniques and technology to aid the learning process.
