I have been teaching for the past 12 years and I am PASSIONATE about helping students learn! My teaching philosophy is rooted in patience, encouragement, and building confidence, and meaningful relationships with students and families. I believe that every child is capable of success when provided with the right support, strategies, and confidence-building opportunities. Through teaching, I strive to make learning engaging, accessible and enjoyable while helping students develop the skills they need to become independent learners. I look forward to partnering with you to support your child's education journey.
Teacher Specialization
I specialize in teaching students grade K-12 in both the general and special education setting. I have taught in both New York and Virginia and have a Masters in Education with Dual certification in both general education and special education. Now I get the privilege of helping support you in your studies here at K12 Tutoring!
