Bio
Hi! My name is Emily Fox. I am entering my 12th year in education in the state of Kentucky. I love spending time with my family and learning new board and card games. I believe all students have the ability to succeed when given the right supports in all subjects. During my teaching career, I have helped students of all ability levels. My goal as a teacher is to help a student see their potential, help them grow in their ability, and help them increase their love of learning. When working with students, I believe a positive interaction helps them want to learn and feel safe in the learning environment. All students deserve to learn and grow.

I have a Bachelors in Middle School (5-9) English and math. I have a Masters in Gifted and Talented Education (K-12) and in Administration: Supervisor of Instruction. In my 11 years of teaching, I have taught 6th, 8th, 9th, and 11th grade ELA and 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th grade math. I have also been tutoring for the ACT for 8 years.
