Hi, I’m Taylor—an experienced, student-centered educator who brings learning to life in a 100% virtual environment. With a background in K–12 education, I specialize in breaking down complex concepts, boosting confidence, and helping students make real-life connections so they may truly understand what they’re learning—not just memorize it. I’m passionate about using technology, interactive tools, and proven teaching strategies to create engaging, personalized sessions that meet students where they are. Teacher Specialization
I have been teaching for ten years now, and this is my first year as a K12 tutor. I have a master's degree in Educational Administration, and three teaching certificates: middle school Science, middle school English Language Arts, and elementary education. My teaching style is structured, engaging, and relationship-driven. I believe students learn best when they feel seen, respected, and supported. I’m known for building quick, authentic connections and creating a safe environment where students are comfortable asking questions and taking risks. I work exceptionally well with students who struggle with behavior, motivation, or confidence—the kids often labeled as “difficult.” I’m patient, consistent, and skilled at turning resistance into trust and challenges into progress.
